Droid x2 boot loop need help...

Well to start this thread off I was installing custom rom and a file must have been corrupted and it sent me into a never ending boot loop I've tried to flash Gingerbread SBF with RSD but for some reason it always says that it has failed. Any ideas on how to fix this? thank you in advance.

Did you make a backup? If so try turning off your phone then plugging it into a wall charger and powering your phone back on, it should go into bootstrap recovery. If not I would try downloading the sbf file again and when you open rsd, right click on it and choose "run as administrator". also, do you have.the drivers from motorolas website installed? Im not very knowkedgeable about this but im just thinking of some things that might help.
