Droid X Stock 2.3.3 (4.5.602) Looking for help to root.

From the topic you can probably tell I'm completely new to this.

I've read up and I'm not sure which way to go at this point so i turned to this site as it seems the best.

I'm looking to root my Droid X 2.3.3. (4.5.602) With anything as it's my first time doing it.

I've flashed harddrives, 360's, etc. I can sort of understand what you throw at me so if anyone could please tell me what to use i'd be very grateful.

I assume I have to sbf back to some version but I'm not sure which one to use and what I need in order to do it.

If you don't want the Liberty ROM, just don't install the LGB 0.x zip at the end. You'll have stock rooted .602.

Where can I find a download location for z4root, Most that I download are infected with bull.

Or download the 4shared mobile app from the market and just do a search for z4. It will download and install right to your phone with ease.
