I have a Droid X and had an issue where the glass would touch the LCD screen whenever I went outside in the cold weather. I tried loosening the screws and ended up taking apart the phone and in the process the connection between the camera and motherboard popped off. I placed it back on (im familar w/ computer chips so this is no different). Now my camera screen is black. Ive read of problems with the shutter not opening. I cant tell if the shutter is closed or not....
unfortunately I purchased this from a friend so I think Verizon won't do anything for me even though the phone is not even 2 months old. Would I have any luck with Motorola directly?
