For the passed few weeks off and on a user with a Droid X that is synced to our exchange server is reporting it is randomly moving unread emails to his deleted items folder. Then when he logs into his email at work the same emails are showing up in the deleted items folder. We have reset the phone, removed and re added the exchange account, and verified it has the most recent updates. Has anyone else experienced this issue if so have you resolved it yet?
We also asked the user if they were sure that when they put the phone back in to their pocket or set it down that the screen was locked to insure it wasn't moving things after it was out of sight and they said it was.
