Droid X Not Turning On

I have a Droid X that has been having all sorts of software issues. I am unsure which version I am running. I was having an issue with the camera not working, so I tried to boot up in safe mode to clear the cache, but I became stuck on the screen with the triangle and droid guy. I took the battery out so I could try again, and now my droid
isn't doing anything. I have a fully charged battery in the phone at the moment, so I'm sure it's not that.

With the phone off hold the home button then hold power until you see a screen with a triangle on it. Press both volume buttons together and it should take you into stock recovery. Try wiping cache and rebooting from in there.
