Droid X not buffering web video

Is anyone else having this problem? It seems to come and go with my DX. Noticing it more after I pull the battery.

I have the same issue. Also i would push pause to let it buffer but it wont. And when watching a video from youtube on low quality, it just stop and then it start and stop its like if i don't have a fast connection. But at frist it did work great. I moved to froyo 2.2 then i downgrade, i did two factory reset because for one i couldn't get my phone to ring.

So is it a phone issue or a network issue? The phone seems fine otherwise. I can't believe that I might be the only one with this problem.

I think its a phone issue. I have all the bars and before it was buffering. Well seem that the internet cant keep up. But before it was fine i think its a computer program. Probably froyo 2.2 would fix that. Today afternoon i will test it connecting to my home network.
