Droid X Forums App, help?

i have had the app on my droid x for a while now and used it to puruse posts, but just today i decided to register. i made a post successfully on the computer but when i attempt to login using the app on my droid x it prompts that username/password are invalid or something about tapatalk?. is there something i am missing? do i have to have this tapatalk or whatever?

Or just at droidfoums.net?

i registered here from my computer. when i try to login using the app from my phone it gives me that prompt.

i did just notice that the app says droidxforums.com when it opens and the threads dont match up with what is here...do i have the wrong app?

Did you use the droid x forums app or droid forums app??
