Really? I swear it's identical to my X... They just removed the Motorola and Verizon from it.

Its definately no d1. Based on the placement of the menu button.

Its also not a d2 based on phyisical layout so its either an x or some other large touchscreen phone.

It's some kind of Motorola phone, if it's real at all. I dont think it's a D1, D2, or DX. Moto uses the four squares for their menu button. Samsung uses a folder looking thing, and HTC uses the word "Menu".

I don't understand the confusion. It's obviously an X. It just has the MOTOROLA and verizon logos photoshopped out. As for the software used, it is the State Farm Pocket Agent app. It was showing how you can deposit checks through the app by taking a picture of it. If you put your X up to the computer screen right next to this one it looks EXACTLY THE SAME. The one they used in the flyer does have a protective case on it, but it's an X folks...
