@BalistikBill, could you PM the update.zip template you made so I could just enter my own images in? Just tell me what size the image needs to be and where to put it. If you can I'd appreciate it, thanks.
Also, this is for anyone, is there way to replace the DROOOOOID sound when your phone shuts off/on with your own sound?
I think you can use any one of the boot logo zips to make your own. The original I've been using is a Michigan one. Been using it from the start. When you copy the logo.bin over to the zip in 7zip it just overwrite the prior image with yours.
Your image size has to be 480x182, 480 wide and 182 tall. When you go to edit it in Frhed, what ever your top left pixel is, is what will be your top and bottom color.
chkmate.....I tried to install the stock "m" logo from in this thread (to get the 2.3 update) and bootstrap says the file is bad and can't open it. Do you still have the original anywhere that you can post please?

Glad you got it man. But I PM'd you and you still may have a problem with updating due to the City ID. I will be watching the thread you started. So please reply there
Yes we're stuck and no there isn't. If you look back at my work pages 31-40 or so you will see I found a way to squeeze as much into the 480x182 frame as I could. I got pretty good at making the images look much larger than the regular /\/\. But that's the limit
