Actually you can get it for free. I do suggest donating to the guy and buying it through Market.

If you can't afford to donate, type in "Koush's Bootstrap Recovery free download" into Google search

Then click the top link that starts with "my brain hurts." Go to the site and scroll down Make sure you

pick the one for DX.

Didn't know you could get it for free, either way $2 is a small price to pay.

pick the one for DX.[/QUOTE] I have bootstrap . I can't seem to find how to get the logo onto the sd card. After I open bootstrap , what do I do next? Iam rooted . I have to leave now but any help left would be very appreciated.

After moving to SDCard (Connect your phone to your computer, change it from Charge Only to Mass Storage or look in your downloads folder if you downloaded it with phone)...

Reboot into Recovery.

Install zip from SDCard

Choose zip from sdcard

Browse to where the zip file is located and select the zip file.

If you download it to your comp, just copy and paste it to the root of your SD card.

If you download it from Tapatalk or Droid Forums app, open Root Explorer and go to

sdcard/tapatalk. Open that folder for downloads, long press zip file, hit copy and back

out a page and paste it. Then it should show up when you go to Clockwork.

It can only go 480 wide by 182 tall. I could go wider but it wont be proportioned right.

That's okay , it looks alright as is but now I have another problem. When I turn phone on it goes to reboot page.

I have the new logo installed and it looks GREAT. I have another problem since I installed the logo- when I try to turn the phone off the battery status logo comes up and I have to press the power button to get it to go away, then the Clockwork recovery page comes up and I have to press the reboot system now, then the pone will come on. Is there something that I need to do that I haven't?

Adding a boot logo shouldn't cause this. First thing, the battery. Do you have it plugged in when you shut it down? That's when the battery stat will show.

And next time you boot up run your Bootstrap one more time. Hit top button, when it says "success" hit ok and then hit the bottom button and reboot.

I can do that but you do realize how small it will be. It can only be 480 wide by 182 tall. So in order to keep proportion it will be small.
