Droid X Custom Boot Logo I'll create

okay so i learned how to edit stuff and i have all the pictures for the boot animation and in the right sequence. but i have a few problems..
1. when the android comes in from the bottom, on the droid two the animation doesnt fit the screen on my droid 2 (the OG animation was smaller than my screen) so the android isnt actually popping out of the bottom of the screen
2. it doesnt work at all haha its just a black screen so im posting the zip and if someone wants to fix these little problems it would be greatly appreciated haha
another problem is i have a different apple i want as the boot logo because i didnt relize the apple fades in and i gave DOC the wrong color apple. i tried making/using my own boot logo but it fails at flashing haha it wont install cuz im doing something wrong haha heres the image if you wanna work with it. (EDIT//Figured it out, i dont have any scripts or whatever with it... wow im dumb lol so if u could just use that apple or if its easier to grab one from the boot animation so it stays the same size)

There are a few threads out there that cover boot animations, but I've had a hard time finding one that covers everything. I used bits and pieces from different threads and trial and error to make a couple animations, and it can be frustrating sometimes when they just won't work lol. So I am in the process of writing a tutorial that I hope will cover everything there is to know about boot animations. It will at least cover everything I know

I think you'll find that they actually go pretty darn quick after you've done a few I've got a pretty good system down and if the image doesn't need any major editing, I can have it done and uploading in under a minute.rabidturtles359
