droid x bluetooth won't turn on

I can't get my bluetooth to turn on.... I've tried a restart, shutdown/pull battery and neither worked. When I tap to turn on the bluetooth it says "turning on" then goes right back to it being unchecked with no error given. I haven't installed anything new it just wouldn't turn on yesterday.

Help!!
