Droid x beyound repair?? Please help!!!

I posted a thread ealier and on this forum because my droid x is stuck on the bootloader screen after trying to upgrade to gingerbread. I have tried to spf using RSD lite 4.9 with no luck. the spf i used was a full spf for 2.3.340 i also tried the gift.zip and shado.zip from Team black hat. and happy hollidays none is working. My Phone says sw updating then RSD finally say failed and it does not work. is there any way to fix this?
