Droid X Battery

My Droid X battery seems to not be charging as fast. I recently uploaded a new theme but i cannot imagine that being the reason. Any suggestions?!?

Are you charging via a wall outlet or just through the USB cable to your PC?

The wall charger is faster..almost 3 times as fast in my experience, than just USB to PC...

USB only because my phone doesnt even read the wall charger..
