Droid X and Verizion

Ive had the same problems... My first droid x went nuts... First my speaker, then nothing... They sent me another one... The pixels were going out so the sent me another... So far im in luck...

If they won't come off an X (which is close to EOL) I doubt they will spring a New TB on him.

LOL that how I got my DroidX so early My Samsuck Omnia2 was dreadful.
Its aleast worth the effort.

Actually, more often than not you are better off with a refurbished device. They have been tested by humans, and tested more than the new devices, which are often robot tested. We are wired to be afraid of used....

Got a call a few minutes ago from a Verizon customer service rep. He was very understanding of all of my problems and has agreed to send me out a new droid X. I am very happy that after all of the headaches they are taking care of the problems!

This has restored my faith in Verizon!

I do understand what he is saying. Some people probably try to defraud the system to get something better. However again this is not the case with me. They offered me any phone except the Iphone. I told them that I would prefer a X that worked!

Hey if it makes you feel any better I had 7....yes 7 D2's sitting at my house. All cerified POS's....I mean like new....IME EVERY singe one of the Certified Like new's fail in the same exact way they did originally when they were sent back.

I had to call corporate support and supervisors to finally get a new device sent out.

VZW gave me a new D2 after my gf's replacement droid 1's kept messing up..they told me I was a valued customer and in the 7 yrs I've had VZW I've never been late for a bill or anything..so they just upgraded my second line with a new D2

I love the D2....I just get frusterated with the multiple replacements they are willing to send out before they finally break down and send another new one.

But anywhoo..I've had my DX since day one and its always been great to me..very few to no problems..guess I just got lucky??
