Droid wifi client host name

Hello,
I have my Droid connected to my Linksys wrt54g2 Wireless G router.
It works perfectly with just the default settings.

I do have one question though.
Using my PC to look at current DHCP clients I see the names of my 3 desktop PCs and a 4th client with no name, that I assume is my Droid.
Is there anyway to give the Droid a name that will show up under the client host name table?

I've figured it out but it requires root and busybox.
All you have to do is access the root console via adb shell or ConnectBot or the likes and enter:
busybox hostname newhostname
