last night my Droid landed in a bowl of soup. I took it out dried whatever i saw was wet and put the battery back in and turned it on. of course the screen was black except for the menu lights at the bottom.
so i went online and read to put it in rice. so i took it apart and let it sit overnight.
it still does the same thing and when i call it, it goes straight to vm.
UPDATE:
Went to VZ, told them about the soup incident and they gave me the option of going through Assurion and paying $89 deductible and $25 activation fee to activate an old phone in the mean time OR they could sell me a brand new DROID Incredible for $100 only catch was i had to add another line. Oh well @ least i got a new phone
