The Droid Ultra comes with a 5-inch 720p display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, a dual-core 1.7GHz cpu, a 10 megapixel rear camera, a 2 megapixel front facing camera, 2130mAh battery, and currently comes in red or black.
The Droid Mini offers extremely similar specs, sporting the same processor, cameras and battery as the Ultra, but with a smaller 4.3-inch screen.
The Droid Ultra and Mini are both good devices, currently selling for $99 and $49 from Verizon.
There’s no word on when these new variant will hit the market. Could they come out in time for this Holiday season?
