Is there any app that allows you to view the droid screen via pc, view only?

Not an app or your droid screen, but the SDK Droid screen type thing if thats what you mean. Google SDK Droid

Nothing in the market yet.

These will both display your screen on your PC. ScreenCast will also allow you to use keyboard/mouse of PC to control rooted devices with significant installation effort.
