Hello, I posted before about this issue but it keeps popping up again, and it is very annoying and frustrating.
What happens is that my droid will not respond to my touch. For instance, today when I woke up, I took my phone out of the charger and attempted to unlock it. I couldn't. I did multiple battery pulls (around 10) until it finally worked again.
I tried everything, starting it in safe mode, in recovery mode. I even factory reset my phone, but it still occurs.
It seems that the problem won't go away.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or know how to solve this? I'm thinking I might need to take it to the verizon store.
