Droid Razr keeps shutting off and restarting, when on, doesn't have service?

So my phone keeps shutting off and turning itself back on about every 5 minutes, no matter what I'm doing on it. When it is on, I have no service at all and I don't know how to fix what's going on. I broke the same phone about a week ago and made an insurance claim on it. The back of the phone says re-manufactured. Please help :hail:

i recently bought a razr maxx and after a month of usage it started shutting off and on by its self till it ran out of charge, plus the battery heated up, and i have no service, ever got the solution to yours?!!! HELP
