Droid Razr Hd Not Connecting to wifi Or 4g

I have rooted my phone and then unrooted it and I think when I unrooted it the wifi and 4g stopped working but I can still surf the web but not the play store as you can see the icon is white same with wifi

ahh i see we didnt get the hole story in the other post, use this utility here DROID RAZR HD Utility 1.20 [Windows/Mac/Linux] - xda-developers and do a full factory restore. its a simple one click tool. it will remove all traces of root and should restore whatever is jacked with your connection issues.
