droid razr boot loop

hey there i just got a phone from my friend and its stuck in the boot loop. goes through the animation but gets to the "select your language" screen then tries to select, then reboots. ive tried resetting factory settings. tried recovery. not really enough time to do anything before reboot. any suggestions?

I think you're going to have to re-image it. There are a couple easy ways to do this. The easiest is to use the Droid Razr Utility from Matt Groff...

You'll need to make sure it's the right version of phone and matching version of OS image. Then download the Utility, download and install the drivers, run the utility and follow the prompts.

There's plenty of support on that thread and I'm sure a Mod or two will jump in to help you along as well.
