Hello! I'm getting the droid 12-17, my upgrade date.... I found that costco has the instant rebate... can't wait!

I currently have the moto w755, so it will be quite a difference.

Welcome to the forums! Devices like the iPhone and Droid are more like tiny PC's that happen to be able to make phone calls. WORLD of difference from a phone that maybe plays mp3's and has a rudimentary web browser.

Even coming from another smartphone like I did (BB Storm), this forum has been a godsend in learning the tips & tricks of the Droid. I think I've gotten most of my questions answered by just using the search feature, without even having to post the question.
