Droid Pro Outlook Sync Issues

I recently purchased the Droid Pro and am having issues with the Data Push function with my corporate email. My emails can come in 20-30 minutes later if not longer. It syncs sometimes when I open email but most of the time I find myself refreshing to have it retrieve my emails. This is frustrating as the Blackberry I just gave up never had this issue and I received them on my phone even before my desktop. Is anyone else having this issue and have you been able to figure out why? Verizon is working on it but no solution yet.

Maildroid - although it only will work with exchange servers running 2007, if I am not mistaken.
