Droid Pro - No Sound

First time poster. Got my Droid Pro a few days ago. Worked fine until today when it stopped making noise; no ringer sound when I get a call and no notifications for messages. When I select sounds and notifications no audible test tone heard. No speaker audible on calls (although person on the other end can hear me).

Pulled battery, factory reset 2X and called VZW. No luck. They are sending me a new one. Anyone else having this issue? Seems from other forums that this may be a known Android issue.

Any ideas?

A lot of Android phones are having this issue. Try this app and see if it works. The Pro version lets you route sound during phone calls too!
