Droid Power Issue (New Phone)

Hi all, new on this forum

Just wondering whats wrong with my phone.
I have a droid Incredible and it turns off almost every hour...or if i go outside it turns right off.
Last Night it went to a white screen with the green droid guys on the bottom and like a reboot menu and a few other things.

I never dropped the phone, always in a case had it for a month now do anybody think i can get another phone?

Sure you have nothing set to turn it off when you go outside?

Yes I have a Warranty and No Not that i know of.

Its cold in NJ, i thought it might be cause of the coldness.
