Trying to USB my Droid to my PC, but the Wizzard says no software is available. What does this mean and how do I fix it, please?

Trying to USB my Droid to my PC, but the Wizzard says no software is available. What does this mean and how do I fix it, please?

Go to Motorola's website and look up your phone in support. There is software there to download and correct your issue. I have to load it on some computers and not on others.
