Droid not going on silent on 2.2??

When I power my volume all the way down, it doesnt go to SILENT!!

It just stays at vibrate.

Solutions?

As does mine. However, when I wake my phone the volume button indicates silent. I believe that is the way it is supposed to work.

It's a weird "feature".

You either get vibrate mode, or you get silent mode. There's a toggle for it somewhere, but I can't remember where right now.

On the other hand, if you want both modes available, I use the "Silent Toggle Widget" that toggles from normal/vibrate/silent with a touch of the button.
