Droid Mic not working

I just got a replacement phone because my original droid broke. So this new one works really well except for one little problem. The mic is completely broken. I tried calling my friend and it didn't work. i tried using the voice features and they also didn't work. Then I tried calling a bunch of other people. did not work. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, it sounds like you need to get yet another replacement phone. So either a cal to VZW or a visit to your local VZW store is in order. Sorry there wasn't a faster fix.
