I have the Motorola Droid
A friend of mine tried to insert a feature onto my phone... I believe it was a Black Bar feature.
Once the file was uploaded the text D R O I D just looped over and over. Sometimes stopping before the word DROID was spelled out.... most of the time it was simple dots. It wouldn't get to the home screen.
So I went to the Power Z option and selected reboot and it got me to the home screen, but...
Now my phone is extremely slow, force close screens come up, button presses lag after a selection was selected, and random reboots
I have tried freezing automatic downloads, different roms, and factory resets.
Nothing has worked.
I am thinking unrooting and taking it to Verizon will be my best option, but I really liked how my phone was before the issues.
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you
