droid is making weird noise!

I just noticed tonight that my droid is make a hum and a high pitch whine coming from the speaker. I never noticed it before. I tried to stop any apps that might cause it.didn't work. I have the tikl app and I uninstalled it but that wasn't it either. I hear the whine and almost like a static noise. Very annoying! Any help please?

Mine did that one time right after I got it . I did a power down and left it off for about 30 seconds. It has not done it again so it may help you as well.

Sounds like a power supply is interfering with it.
