Droid incredible? Worth $200 off contract?

I have a chance to get a perfect condition droid incredible for $200 off contract. Is it worth it? Any common problems? Looking for something to use until end of summer.

I have an incredible now...I have really loved it. It's not to big and bulky but big enough to search the web and stuff. I am going to get the thunderbolt if it ever is released only because I really want a front facing camera. I do really love the 8 mega pixel camera...pictures turn out really great. My friend has a iPhone and we tested both phones and the incredible is a little faster.

Sounds like a bargain.

Make sure it's not stolen or anything.

The only "problem" I can think of is its battery life. It's really bad and you better be around a charger or carry a spare battery if you're a heavy user.

If you could get it below $250-$300, it's a pretty good deal imo.

I sold my old HTC Tilt when it was 2 years old and got $275 for it. It wasn't a bad phone by any means, but considering what was out at the time, yeah I got a pretty good profit (I bought it with new contract for $100)
