Now as far as I know, the Incredible is not a 4G device, but somehow it has a 4G menus setting. Found over at Droid-Life, this settings were hidden on the device and uncovered by a tipster who used Gesture search.
Now this does not say anything like "the Incredible has 4G" or "Verizon has had 4G planned for their Droids", but it does say that HTC has 4G in mind.
There really is not much information to assist me in making and educated guess about this finding but we can all speculate as to why the Incredible has such setting, and your guess is as good as mine.

I heard this menu was also found on droid 2 & droid X Still No photos to prove but it is nice to see that a 4g Menu has been proven

What the heck?! Is this for real? Then hidden features or menus within HTC devices is a good reason to hope for that BGR evo could possibly contain hidden 4g capabilities, similar to some android phones withholding wireless N until an update officially releases it, regardless very interesting find

I Figured It Out!!!!!!

I was browsing through the features of Launcherpro, and I decided to try the Activities option, which lets you create a shortcut of anything in the phone. I found some very interesting things. Not only did I find this 4G menu, but I also found a Sprint legal notice and some settings for SIM cards. This means that the Droid Incredible was originally going to be on the Sprint network! This also explains why it was first only known as the HTC Incredible and not the Droid Incredible.
