droid incredible screen broke, so how can i transfer photos

So my child dropped a pan on my phone, what ever no big deal. The problem is I want to transfer my photos to my computer but it doesn't seem to work. The screen is black and I have the photos saved to the phone memory not the card. So i downloaded the V cast media manager and transfered some stuff but it didn't transfer my photos. I need to do this before I send my phone back to them. I don't want to lose my photos. thanks for any help.

Why are the photos saved to the phone and not the card?

I don't know, but when i check my phone it looks like it is on the phone not the card. I may be wrong. But, when i downloaded all my photos they were my old ones from my blackberry not the droid
