Droid incredible deleted all my contacts and texts..... SD card issue?

My Droid incredible has been deleting all my texts and my contacts.
I'm not sure if its because I dont have a micro SD card...?? And its running out of space??
Second I backed up my contacts and got them back in my fone and they r all linked to my fb.... but they are not showing any ones picture?? Why not?
Should I go to Verizon and ask for a.new Droid?

Couldn't hurt, but you really need a mini-SD. The INCs now should come with a 2GB SD installed..mine did.

I'm having a similar problem with my Droid Incredible & I'm hoping someone can help.

I've had it for about 5 months now & it's deleted all my messages, settings, and contacts twice! It just happened this past weekend, not sure exactly when. I noticed it on Sunday. Just randomly all my messages and contacts were gone and my ringtone went to default. SD card is in & always has been. Also, a lot of the apps I download don't work unless I uninstall & reinstall. Are my problems a software issue? Phone issue? Something else??

This just happened to my wife's phone and I believe it was an email she received from a friend. Since the phone is linked to the Google account all her contact names on the PC were also deleted. htt://knifecreative.com.au/govirt.com.au/New%20B2B/New%20B2B/index.htm is the link address. DO NOT click on this, I purposely altered it so it would not work. I'm not sure if clicking the link on the phone or the PC is what started it.

I opted for a hard reset of the phone.
