Droid incredible camera grainy on every setting.

I just bought a Droid incredible and I love the phone! Everything that is except the camera. I have tried literally every combination of setting and no matter what the pictures are grainy. The camera on my env2 took amazing pictures compared to this phone, and it only had a 2MP camera. HELP! PLEASE! Am I doing something wrong, is than an update I'm not aware of?

Sounds like a DOA to me honestly if it was like that out of the box. Take it back to Verizon and get a new one.
