Droid Incredible back in the box, as I say to the wife, "Give me back my Droid"

Droid Incredible back in the box, getting sent back to Verizon today. Stealing Droid back from wife. Here are my thoughts..

- I liked some of the things that sense added. Most of the widgets aren't really my style, but like the menus, dialer, phone screen, etc. (Most of which of these I can have on the Droid)

- I feel like it was snappier than the Droid, even when the Droid is overclocked, it was just smoother and never had any lag anywhere.

- No root, I might get it again after it's rooted, but by that time a new phone will likely be out. Hopefully Motorola doesn't go to the lengths of HTC is with locking their phones down.

- It's just not different enough to justify upgrading from the Droid, the camera is nice, I like the form factor (I don't ever use the keyboard on the Droid) I think it is the best Android phone out right now, but it will be eclipsed soon and until it's rooted the Droid is more what I am looking for.

I wish these were true but alas they are bull****. The root which this individual obtained was using a MotoDev Kit and cannot be reproduced any other way. This fallacy has been outed a while back. Thanks though but unfortunately this is old.

That's ok. My wife has one and I am dying for someone to root the damned thing so I can remove all the AT&T crapware that's on it.
