I have a few MP4 files that will play the audio fine but really lag on the video. I have used Mobo, VPlayer, and several others with NO success. All my friends can play the same video on their Droid 3's, Bionics, and even the Galaxy S. I have installed three different kernels and three different ROM's. Currently running the latest Cyanogen 7.
