I guess the Droid 3 has better specs in most ways. Higher resolution screen, dual core, but less RAM. I strongly considered the Droid 3, but settled on the Inc2 after about 2 weeks of playing with them and comparing. I don't play any graphics intensive games, so the dual core would do little for me. I actually discovered that I liked some of the aspects of Sense and little about Blur. I nearly always used my physical keyboard on my Droid, but that wasn't enough to get me to buy the Droid 3. Both phones have a crapload of bloatware, so pretty much a tossup. In addition, the Inc2 was free at BB and the Droid 3 would have been $170 at Verizon with my $30 NE2. I couldn't use places like WireFly because I had to transfer an upgrade. I think they are both fine phones and neither would be a wrong decision. Perhaps the Droid 3 will have a longer useful life because it is dual core, but since neither is LTE not much more IMO. BTY, I just got the Inc2 this morning and have been playing it for most of the day and haven't had any downside surprises so far. Wifi to 3G handoff works fine, call quality is good, it mated easily to my Moto BT headset and my Cruze. So far, no problems.
