Droid going to voicemail while on call

Hi, I am new to this forum and appreciate your feedback. My droid constantly goes to voicemail while I am on a call - I can even feel the vibration before it does this. I called to Verizon technical services and they replaced the phone after not being able to resolve the issue. I have a new droid now and at first, it did not display this poor behavior. Now, during calls the phone will vibrate and go to voicemail and end the call I am on. I also got the screebi lite app in hopes it would rectify this but to no avail. Does anyone have a similar problem - I appreciate the feedback? Thanks so much.
