Download the app and move it to your home screen. Downloading it will put it on one of your screens though.

Not sure about the RAZR's launcher. But with Apex launcher, you'd long press on the screen, select Shortcuts then add a Bookmark. That'll get you to DF's web page. Or, get one of these from the Play Store & add it to your home screen.
