hey im so new to this ive had my droid for about a week. but i want to install the smoked glass upgrade and what not. ive downlaoded everything i think i need. now what do i do. sending it to your phone just dosent do it

Are you rooted? What ROM are you running? It's not quite as easy as installing an app.
