Droid doen't see Droid X wireless tether

My Droid does not see my Droid X when trying to do wifi tethering. Wireless tethering running on X.
I tried android-wifi-tether and Barnacle, no change.
I tried a few different ROMs on the Droid too, with the same results.
Everything else I have see's the X with no problem except the Droid... go figure,, lol

If I go the other way, wireless tether running on Droid, the Droid X see's the Droid and I can connect to it.

Idea's, suggestions, etc,, let's have them
