Hello! I am having an issue with my droid 4 deleting texts as they are received. I can see the text and its contents on my notification bar, but when I go to the thread, there is nothing.
I have done the following:
-Checked internal memory 2.01 gb remaining
-Deleted old text threads
-Restarted the phone
I can reply and my reply will show in the thread, but not the original message. I have not done any updates today to software. I am trying to avoid a factory reset (although now it feels imminent). Suggestions?
