My DRIOD 4, while sitting on my desk in its normal spot and got really hot. It was receiving msgs and email, but I could not get the screen to come on. I plugged it in, and nothing. Finally the phone cooled off but it seems like it drained all the power from the battery. Now it is plugged in and it is not charging. I am using the original cable and charger that came with the phone. I then plugged it onto the laptop an only the green notification LED lit up, and still not charging. Cannot do the External reset because the battery will not charge. This phone is pretty much how I got it new, with only work related apps installed and this phone has NOT been rooted. Looking for suggestions. It is still under factory warranty too (less than three weeks remaining on it)
