Droid 2 won't recognize numbers in emails or web

My Droid Incredible 2 won't recognize phone numbers/addresses etc. in emails or websites. i.e. everyone else's Droid, Blackberry, etc will launch the phone dialer when you touch the phone number or google maps when you touch an address. Mine won't. Is there a setting that I haven't been able to find somewhere????

First, which phone do you have? The Droid 2 or the Droid Incredible 2? I'm not being an ass, but they are different phones and it will make a difference. Let us know and we will see what we can do to help you.

I have been through every setting I could find and couldn't find a setting that would enable or disable the links. Give this a day or two to see if anyone else has an idea. If not, try calling Verizon Tech support. I have found that when some functions don't work, doing a factory reset fixes the issue. That is a bit extreme to fix your problem unless you use it a lot. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck!
