Droid 2 Screen Keyboard

I'm not all that impressed by the on-screen keyboard on the Droid 2. Is there anyway to get the identical keyboard as was on the original Droid? I'm also rather underwhelmed by the camera. I realize it was the same as the old phone, but I at least expected it may of been refined a little.

Well, if you set your keyboard to swype, it will change it, and it has a couple settings can be tinkered with to your liking. I don't have any big issues with the vitrual keyboard, I'm actually good with it, and before the Droid 2, was NOT a fan of touch screens and virtual keyboards. Back to swype, I don't use it, but my brother does on His DX, I grabbed his phone and used swype like the regular keyboard and asked him why his was a different color.

There may be apps available to change the keyboard, I imagine it's possible.

I tried Swype for about a week on my old phone, and it's alright but I prefer the standard. Hopefully an app comes out soon for the old keyboard.

I'm not a fan of swype myself as I type with both thumbs and that's not really easy to do with swype. I use the physical keyboard most of the time.
