Droid 2 ROM and Gingerbread question

Okay first of all, has gingerbread been pushed to the droid 2 yet? (By verizon, not leaked ROM)

Secondly, if I want to install gingerbread, i'm told that I have to sbf back to 2.2.

Could someone tell me how to do that, and put a link to a download? Thanks so much
