My Motarola Droid 2's Touch screen wasnt working,I called verizon and was offered a replacement, after the accumulated time,I recieved my replacement,The problem is I was sent the wrong model phone,I Can tell because My replacement phone said it needs a SIM card, and we all know Verizon dosent use Sim cards. I looked all around my defective phone for a sim card and saw nothing of the sort...I found out where the sim card goes in my replacement but the part on my defective was not removable....Bottom line is that I'm stumped,Did anybody else have this problem? Do I call verizon for this problem?

I would call them, tell them they sent you the global. Also you dont mind it but need the sd card. Which they will tell you to go to a corporate store to get one, or they can mail you one. If there isnt a store within 25 miles. Ask if they will credit your account for the cost of a card and go to a in2wireless or somewhere that sells verizon phone.
